Questions

Does RoLedger send the Robux?+

No. Roblox only lets the group owner, or a role allowed to spend group funds, send payouts, behind 2-step verification. RoLedger gives you the payout file to upload on the group's Payouts page.

Where do I get the sales file?+

On Roblox: your group → Configure Group → Revenue → Sales → Download Data. Roblox emails you a .zip. Drop the .zip into RoLedger as it is.

I run more than one group.+

Connect all of them. $29 a month covers every group on your account, and each group keeps its own team, shares, months and ledger.

Groups or communities?+

The same thing. Roblox's website and app now call groups communities. Creator Hub, the group's Payouts page, DevEx and the sales file Roblox emails you still say group, so RoLedger does too.

Is this made by Roblox?+

No. RoLedger is independent and only reads what Roblox makes public, plus the sales file you upload.
